AK Flora's work takes place in real growing environments—polyhouses, open fields, nursery areas, propagation spaces, and crop production systems. Each farm has developed around different horticultural requirements. Together, they provide the physical foundation through which AK Flora studies plants, produces crops, develops planting material, and continues to build practical experience.

Pristine Flora combines protected cultivation with open-field production across a 15-acre site, creating an environment for both commercial flower production and practical field learning.

Nikhil Floritech is a 7-acre protected cultivation unit dedicated to commercial flower production. Infrastructure includes fertigation and photoperiod blackout systems supporting controlled chrysanthemum and carnation production.

Nirek Farm represents the nursery and plant-multiplication direction of AK Flora. The 7-acre nursery infrastructure supports rooting areas, fine fogging systems, and mother-stock preservation.
